This song opens the album with a triumphant and happy vibe. I’m a sucker for
Friday evenings when it’s sunny and I could drive my motorcycle along the
coastal road, and look at the sea reflecting the sun. In this song, that feeling
is enhanced by the fact that the character is doing this while going to meet
his daughter, who has just been born. The loving bond between a father and
a daughter, is such a powerful connection, one which adds to the sentiment
of “I’m coming home”. Of course, our character is in Titan, which is a crappy
place to raise a child. He’s coming home, and he’s ready for what lies ahead.
